Segovia

Okay, my estimate on how many pictures I took in Segovia was way off... I thought about 100. I hook my camera up to the computer, and find out I took more than 200 photos! So, here are a select few.

The big church in Segovia... La Dama, I believe (The Dame).

This is a skyline photo in Segovia. This mountain range has an unusual nickname that roughly translates to the Dead Woman. If you look at it, you can sort of see a face, and then hands folded across her chest. It is easier to see in person, though.

Me in front of the aquaduct. Que bonita.

The church we didn't go into, and I remember the name of it (I think). La Iglesia de San Miguel.

The shop where I had helado, and the aquaduct behind it.

This is El Castillo Alcazar.... Okay, see that tower on the left of the picture. That is what I climbed up. Small spiral staircase, and two way traffic, not the funnest think in the entire world.

And I also saw a building that used to be a jail, and it is where Lope de Vega was incarcerated for a while. I'm mostly writing that so I will remember later :-).
